Maintenance Technician - Midland - Midland, TX

Job Description

This Maintenance Specialist role focuses on supporting manufacturing equipment through PM tasks, developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for test benches and assembly systems, fabricating minor and major projects, performing electrical diagnostics and minor work (110/220 V), managing general facility upkeep, and maintaining the maintenance work order system while implementing new processes and controls. The position is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

On‑Site in Midland, Texas.

• PM related tasks on manufacturing equipment
• Develop and maintain knowledge base for manufacturing test bench and assembly equipment systems
• Fabrication skills for minor/major projects
• Electrical diagnosing and minor electrical work (110/220 V)
• General facility upkeep
• Maintain maintenance work order system
• Help implement and maintain new processes and controls

• Electrical certifications (LOTO, NFPA
  70e, Arc flash training, etc.)
• Experienced knowledge around hand tools
• Licensed for forklift, scissor lift, and similar equipment
• Metal working/fabrication experience
• Control wiring diagnosing and installation (4‑20 mA & 0‑10 V control voltage)
• Read and troubleshoot wiring schematic

High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
