Pay Rate: $17.00 $ 24.00/hr (W2)

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable preparation and delivery of bulk products and materials to wellsites. This role involves blending and mixing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating logistics, and upholding strict safety and quality standards. The operator also assists in training junior staff and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

• Blend and mix bulk materials for wellsite delivery according to job design specifications.
• Verify and calculate quantities of materials prior to loading.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure correct and safe product loading.
• Coordinate with logistics and product service teams to move materials efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete daily shipment and receiving documentation.
• Properly label, store, and dispose of additives and containers in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain cleanliness of the bulk plant facility.
• Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement programs.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wear required PPE .

• Prior experience in blending, mixing, or bulk material handling preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate forklifts or material-handling equipment .
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, safety, and quality control .
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and follow strict safety procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
