• Set up and operate equipment.
• Lend expertise to resolve process problems.
• Perform work on tools and dies.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance checks and perform less complicated repairs.
• Deburr parts and clean parts.
• Read process sheets and use/read gauges.
• Make minor machine moves.
• Familiarize with product characteristics.

• Follow mechanical and technical aptitude, and work instructions.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Set up and operate process equipment in assigned area.
• Operate basic machine tools to repair, make minor alterations, and create less complicated tooling.
• Read and understand blueprints and work from written/verbal instructions.
• Perform basic shop mathematics and use measurement instruments.
• Service and repair equipment associated with the area where problems are identified.
• Assist in the development of other team members.
• Complete MRP and status of work in process, conduct safety meetings, order tools and supplies.
• Perform other duties as may be necessary to support facility needs.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Six or more years of manufacturing work experience.
• CNC machine operating experience.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude with ability to follow work instructions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a machine operator.
• Preferred: 2‑year technical certificate.
