Plant Operators - 7/7 - Up to $106,000/year - Odessa, Midland, Mentone TX

ONEOK is seeking Plant Operators to support the safe and reliable operation of natural gas processing facilities in the Permian area. These roles involve monitoring and maintaining plant equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuous production. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable to shift work, and eager to learn technical skills on the job.

• Wage: $70,000 – $106,000 per year

• Ability to work a 7-days-on/7-days-off rotating schedule (Days, Mids, Nights)
• Willingness to travel between company locations and for training
• Physical ability to perform heavy work (lifting 50–100 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to operate and maintain plant equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel)
• Applicable certifications as required
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and logs
• Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)

• Experience in compressor station, storage field, gathering field, or processing plant operations
• Knowledge of gas and liquid processing fundamentals
• Familiarity with company and governmental operating practices and procedures
