Crewperson Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

The Crewperson will assist the Hardband operator with daily shop operations related to the maintenance and protection of drill pipe and other oilfield equipment. This position involves supporting the setup, operation, and cleanup of equipment used in the hardbanding process while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; previous oilfield or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Steel-toe boots required; safety-minded attitude and reliable attendance expected.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
