Pratt & Whitney’s Columbus Forge team seeks a Machining Working Lead to guide daily operations for world-class aerospace components. You will be a subject-matter expert, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
This is a 2nd shift role, Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am, involving CNC setup, operation, blueprint interpretation, tooling coordination, and mentoring of machinists to deliver precision parts.
