Crosby Energy Services is accepting applications for an experienced Chemical Technician to support production operations in the Midland, Texas area. This position will work independently to manage production chemical treatment programs, optimize chemical performance, and ensure the safe handling and application of production chemicals across multiple field locations.

- Manage production chemical treatment programs for assigned wells and facilities.
- Monitor chemical performance and recommend treatment improvements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Foremen, and chemical vendors.
- Implement preventive maintenance activities for chemical systems.
- Witness H2S scavenger and media change-outs.
- Coordinate fluid sampling and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Review chemical invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support well reviews and equipment failure investigations.
- Train field personnel on chemical applications and safe handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to chemical programs.
- Minimum of three years of oilfield experience; production chemical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of production chemical treatment programs and chemical injection systems.
- Understanding of H2S scavenger systems, fluid sampling, and chemical safety practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
