Aus-Mex Company Inc is looking for hardworking and reliable Tortilla Chip Cutters to join our production team in Midland, TX! Responsibilities- Cut and portion tortilla dough or sheets into uniform chip shapes using cutting equipment or hand tools
- Monitor product consistency and quality throughout the cutting process
- Operate and maintain cutting machinery in accordance with safety and production standards
- Remove and discard defective or irregular pieces to ensure product quality
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
- Work alongside production line team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet output goals
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cutting or handling tasks
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (GMP knowledge a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a production setting
