About the RoleA well-established tax preparation and financial technology company is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to provide hands-on campaign execution and optimization during its tax-season marketing cycle. This role partners closely with paid social leadership and the broader media team to manage campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok, with a strong focus on accurate execution, creative rotation, campaign health, and in-season optimization.
This is a full-time, partial-year contract running November through April, requiring candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zones.
- Manage hands-on campaign execution across Meta and Tik Tok, including setup and QA
- Monitor and optimize budget pacing, frequency, creative fatigue, bids, and audiences
- Proactively identify campaign-health issues and optimization opportunities
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and testing recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams on planning, reporting, and measurement
- Support pre-season campaign builds, trafficking, creative planning, and launch readiness
- Maintain daily campaign monitoring, QA, and creative rotation during peak season
- 5+ years managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and Tik Tok
- Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, QA, and audience management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
- Experience collaborating with media, creative, analytics, and data teams
- Familiarity with social reporting and measurement tools
- Must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone
- Fully remote, full-time partial-year contract (November through April)
