Infusion Registered Nurse RN

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer biologic infusions , including Vyepti (eptinezumab) , to stable outpatient patients in the Midland, TX area.

This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care in a home-based setting, with full clinical and pharmacy support.

• Administer biologic and specialty infusions per provider orders
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-infusion assessments
• Monitor for and manage infusion reactions
• Establish and manage IV access (peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports)
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and medications
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with nursing and pharmacy teams

Required

• Active RN license in Texas or Compact State
• 1+ year IV infusion or acute care nursing experience
• Strong IV and vascular access skills
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Experience with biologic infusions (Vyepti, monoclonal antibodies)
• Home infusion or outpatient infusion experience
• CRNI® or infusion-related certification
