Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Midland, TX

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout night shift hours
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health record systems
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or pending license accepted at time of submission (must be active prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must be available to work some holidays
• Must pass an on-site drug screen (panels include:
  Amphetamine, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, PCP, Marijuana, and Buprenorphine)

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Background in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown patient care environments

• Start date within the next 3–5 weeks, offering a quick transition into your next travel assignment
• Opportunity to work in a structured stepdown environment with a defined schedule and clear compliance expectations
