Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner for our Health Center in Midland, Texas. The role supports client employees and dependents with day-to-day primary and occupational health services in a clinic setting.
Schedule is 32 hours weekly:
Tue–Thu 7:30am–5:00pm, Fri 7:30am–3:00pm; 2+ year clinical background preferred; new grads welcome. The NP will perform exams, order tests, coordinate care with physicians, and educate patients while maintaining records.
