Pay Rate
$21.00 - $23.00/hour on W2 (Based on experience)
Schedule- 12-hour shifts
- Rotation: 7 Days On / 2 Days Off, then 7 Nights On / 4 Days Off
- Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts.
- Perform quality assurance testing on company products.
- Prepare laboratory reports before field operations.
- Assist with additive selection and fluid design.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and cleanliness.
- Follow safety (HSE) procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support technical teams and maintain accurate documentation.
Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced laboratory technicians.
Education- High School Diploma or Associate Degree (Minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science/Technical field (Preferred)
- NEST training in Kellyville, OK.
- Local Midland/Odessa candidates are strongly preferred.
- If non-local / rotator, company-provided accommodation (Man Camp) and reimbursed mileage may be possible.
