Crescent Energy is seeking an HSE Supervisor for Drilling & Completions to lead field-level HSE programs on rigs and completions sites. You will partner with rig managers, company men, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations while embedding HSE into daily activities.
The role requires 7+ years in HSE within upstream oil and gas, with deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and state regulations. Strong incident investigation and leadership skills are essential for success.
