- Valid Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
- Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards
- Experience conducting visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle tests
- Attention to detail and meticulous documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- NACE certifications (e.g., NACE Level I or II)
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications
- Familiarity with industrial coating inspections
- Previous experience working in oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction sectors
Education and Experience
- Technical diploma or equivalent in welding technology or related field
- 3+ years of practical inspection experience in similar environments
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 50 hours per week
- Ability to travel or work on-site in Midland, Texas
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and quality assurance
