Regulatory Compliance Specialist
What You Will Do
- Develop and create regulatory compliance documentation to support company initiatives and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Evaluate internal processes and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Review updates and changes to regulatory requirements, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary changes in policies or procedures.
- Act as a liaison with leadership to communicate regulatory requirements, updates, and compliance status, providing actionable recommendations when needed.
- Monitor and ensure that all repair station activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance efforts and regulatory activities.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and standards within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency with compliance management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to real‑world scenarios.
- Regulatory compliance standards applicable to repair stations (14 CFR part 145, part 21/part 121).
Salary range: 86,800
USD –165,200
USD.
