EXECUTIVE CHEF OPPORTUNITY AT THE RACQUET CLUB
The Racquet Club is seeking a new Executive Chef who has demonstrated success as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef within a private club, resort, or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, paired with high emotional intelligence and an approachable, member-focused style. This individual will have a proven ability to implement systems, standards, and accountability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Aligned with the Club's mission, the Executive Chef will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience through high-quality facilities, attentive service, and outstanding culinary offerings.

ABOUT THE RACQUET CLUB
The Racquet Club is in the vibrant city of Midland, TX, in the heart of the nation's oil and gas industry, and began its legacy in 1959. The Racquet Club is a private, member-equity club. The club provides formal, casual, and an outstanding patio dining option in addition to hosting various indoor and outdoor social parties and events. The Club boasts an excellent tennis and pickleball program, with 11 plexi-cushioned hard courts and 4 pickleball courts, along with a stadium court for viewing, a swimming pool, a playground for the children, and a staff dedicated to making each visit an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
Over the last few years, the Club has made meaningful capital investments in its tennis, pickleball, clubhouse, outdoor dining, landscaping, kitchen, and parking facilities to maintain a compelling club member experience. There is a capital project commencing shortly that will include improvements to the clubhouse and dining venues.
Midland is known as one of America's top oil producers; this city thrives on its petroleum industry. With a semi-arid climate, Midland offers a unique blend of energy and weather that sets it apart from other destinations. Garden Room: The Garden Room was recently renovated with a refined blend of modern elegance and classic charm. Overlooking the patio, it remains one of the most beloved spaces among the membership. The room offers an à la carte menu complemented by thoughtfully crafted cocktails and a curated selection of beverages.
TV Room: The TV Room is another recently renovated dining venue, featuring a cozy fireplace and an elegant setting. It is ideal for quiet dinners for couples or families.
Main Dining Room: The Main Dining Room, originally built in 1959 and scheduled for renovation this summer, is poised to become a vibrant centerpiece of the Club. With the addition of a world-class bar, it is widely anticipated to become the most popular dining venue among the membership once renovations are complete.
Patio: The Patio is one of the Club's most vibrant and well-utilized dining venues, particularly favored by families with young children. Its relaxed yet refined atmosphere makes it one of the most frequented and sought-after dining experiences at the Club.
