• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Must have a bright smile and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically and create emotional connections with guests
• Lead with Servant-Heart
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills and a desire to serve
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service
• Team-oriented with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
