Job Summary
Provide professional customer service to customers while preparing food and keeping the work environment clean.
Required Qualifications- Experience in Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s License
- Experience working with a Point-of-Sale ( POS ) system
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- Greet customers when they approach the concession stand
- Answer questions regarding products and pricing in a friendly manner
- Accurately record customer’s orders in the POS system and collect cash and/or credit card payments
- Prep and serve food and drinks while wearing proper food prep gloves and changing gloves to avoid cross-contamination
- Maintain clean work environment while working the concession stand
- Sweep/mop, take out trash, and practice good hand washing
- Monitor inventory, keeping the concession stand well-stocked
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- The person in this position frequently communicates with others verbally and electronically; must be able to exchange accurate information
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
