• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring all staff perform efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members in customer service and food safety.
• Manage inventory and assist with budgeting to maintain profitability.
• Utilize Aloha POS systems for order management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

• Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fast casual environment.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is preferred.
• Background in baking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
• Open Availability prefer as hours vary from 3:00am to 4pm
