Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.;
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service.;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.;
Manage opening and closing processes, including cash security, door locking, and alarms for smooth daily operations.
