A member‑facing associate who delivers exceptional service by managing checkout and entrance/exit areas, handling transactions and merchandise, maintaining safety and security, and supporting training and continuous improvement.

• Provide member service, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain checkout and entrance/exit areas, including safety sweeps.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Use and promote self‑service technology, guiding members through its use.
• Adhere to procedures for handling merchandise and reporting unsafe situations.
• Secure and safeguard company assets and property by observing potential criminal activity.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist in training new associates, teaching technology, and delivering program rollouts.
• Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold company values of respect, integrity, customer focus, and excellence through teamwork, communication, and mentorship.

• Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
