Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing a variety of meats and related products.
• Ensuring product rotation and quality according to departmental procedures.
• Following approved methods for receiving, marking, and restocking products.
• Managing damaged or spoiled products in line with company policy.
• Assisting in maintaining the meat price book and scales.
• Collaborating with the Meat Manager to enhance department performance.
• Training new team members and promoting a culture of teamwork.
• Upholding health and safety standards to protect teammates and customers.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized to meet sanitation standards.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks, including unloading trucks and ensuring all meat cuts are attractively presented. Join us to share your knowledge of different cuts and cooking methods while keeping our customers satisfied!

High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of an apprenticeship or relevant training program is a plus.

Knowledge of various meat cuts, equipment operation, customer service skills, and basic math proficiency are essential.
