The Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The associate supports the flow of product from receipt to sale, maintains the sales floor, processes cash and supports visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
- 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competition, and current market.
- Experience with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range
$15.00–$21.75 per hour.
Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws.
