Retail Scan Associate (MIDLAND TX 79707)

This is a permanent PART-TIME role. The base hours for this position average from 7-14 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours per week per store) are frequently assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of products and retailers.

During a typical week, you will:

• Report to assigned stores by the specified deadline each week.
• Complete display scanning for the entire store, which may take several hours.
• Perform custom projects, such as providing product quantity details for about 45% of scanned items; these can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work on certain weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure data quality and dependability.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
