Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate partnering with Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. Your role is to drive sales, generate excitement around the HP brand and products, and provide tailored demonstrations to customers. Build rapport with customers, store management, and staff.

Day‑in‑the‑Life
  • Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and nearby office supply stores.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
  • Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
  • Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
  • Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
  • Report competitive insights and performance metrics.

Job Description
  • Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Court customers and offer assistance.
  • Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest fitting products.
  • Advise customers with information on products and services.
  • Help customers make selections by building confidence.
  • Accurately document and report sales.
  • Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
  • Keep workstation/kiosk clean, functional, and presentable.
  • Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
Performance Measurements
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
