Member Specialist

Position Summary

The Senior Associate will maintain the assigned area, provide outstanding member service, secure club assets, train new associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies by handling returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service at exit areas and self‑checkout areas, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, promoting products, and processing payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Secure and safeguard club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
• Train new Member Frontline Service associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts, providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Open Door Policy, demonstrating ethics and integrity in all activities.
• Prioritize work assignments and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners to meet deadlines and communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Additional premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, location, season, or specific work performed.

Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register and experience working with mobile retail applications.

Additional experience with self‑checkout technology and training new associates is preferred.
