Position overview:

Seasonal Selling Associate. The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers with product knowledge and expertise.

Salary information:
Minimum $12.00 per hour;
Maximum $14.75 per hour. Compensation ranges may vary by skills, experience, geographic region, or other factors.

• On the sales floor:
  Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers; proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively; provides customers with the best bra fit by asking effective questions; converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Cash wrap:
  Delivers a friendly and efficient checkout experience; reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases; maintains the cash wrap area and processes transactions accurately.
• Processing and replenishment:
  Ensures merchandise is floor-ready; maintains back room and under stock to brand standards; replenishes merchandise to brand standards; assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and related tasks.
• Floorset activity:
  Executes floorsets proficiently; adheres to brand standards; assists with back room and under stock maintenance.

• Drive top-line store sales and grow the business; maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator; prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures; recover and replenish merchandise.
• Adhere to visual merchandising standards; assist with housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues; build awareness and skills in loss prevention; support store strategy to reduce shrink; provide a safe working environment; demonstrate company values; build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
