  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs, including working in other areas.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, anticipate seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real-time business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, assist purchasing decisions, accept payment types, locate merchandise and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Advocate the brand, develop and inspire others for a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style, understand roadblocks and assist in training them.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborate with managers and partners, identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change, difficulty and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed timeframe if hired.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service/Handler Certification.

• Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00; actual hourly rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
