AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary workspace, you support the team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Perform effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Maintain the Stockroom efficiently, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures remain organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take corrective action.
• Assist team members with non‑stock tasks and guest service as needed.
• Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards, following AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability: early mornings, late evenings, weekends.
• Prior stock‑related experience preferred.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO rewards at discretion.
