This is a contract, on-site Brand Expert role based in Midland, TX. The Brand Expert will represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in-store, providing personalized product recommendations and artistry-led demonstrations that bring the brand to life for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selection, application techniques, and routines that align with brand standards.

The role involves maintaining visual merchandising and tester hygiene, monitoring stock levels, and supporting product launches and events to drive sales and brand awareness. The Brand Expert will also collaborate with store management and brand partners, capture customer feedback, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment.

• Strong customer service and client experience skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide tailored beauty advice.
• Sales and retail skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets, drive conversion, and support promotional activities and events.
• Brand and product knowledge, with a passion for beauty, makeup artistry, and staying informed about trends, launches, and application techniques.
• Communication and collaboration skills, including clear verbal communication, confident presentation, and effective teamwork with store and brand colleagues.
• Organization and operational skills, such as maintaining merchandising standards, managing stock on the shop floor, and following store procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Midland, TX, with flexibility for weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail is highly beneficial; professional makeup artistry experience is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a commitment to an inclusive, non-discriminatory customer experience.
