Midland, Texas | Full-Time | Onsite/Field-Based

The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to operators across the Permian Basin and beyond. You will work under broad direction, owning your accounts, creating strategies for growth, and representing Enventure’s cutting-edge technology with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key operators, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tactical account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies.
- Educate customers on Enventure’s technology applications, including completions, liner hangers, and solid expandables.
- Participate in new market identification and expansion efforts.
- Maintain sales and customer records in CRM; track account metrics.
- Actively support Enventure’s safety-first culture through adherence to operational processes, risk assessments, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
. - 5+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry (Completion, Drilling) with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Strong value-based selling ability and account management expertise.
- Technical subject matter expertise in downhole tools (completions, liner hangers, solid expandables).
- Demonstrated ability to secure meetings and influence decision-makers in the industry.
- Prior service company or drilling engineering experience highly desirable.

- Knowledge of downhole completion geometry, practices, and hardware.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to become a trusted advisor to clients.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and account management systems.
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
