Outside Sales Representative

• Four‑year college degree in a related field with at least one year of related experience, OR three to four years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00

Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
