Business Development Representative

Location: Midland-Odessa, TX

Salary Range: Base 70K-75K OTE – Uncapped

What Will You Do?
  • Prospect and acquire new business accounts across various industries needing safety and PPE solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide consultative solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
