Account Manager, ProTechnics. Midland LilyLifestyle

The Account Manager is responsible for representing the entire range of Pro Technics products and for managing and growing client relationships. This role requires leading the customer account planning cycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer needs and expectations are consistently met. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional service and technical solutions.

• Leads all aspects of the sales process by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Works closely with operations, laboratory, and management teams to meet performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans, maintains accurate customer information, and builds strong, professional relationships with assigned accounts.
• Continuously assesses and validates client needs, delivers tailored solutions, and ensures high satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards.
• Achieves assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell services.
• Develops a thorough understanding of a client’s position in the market, their needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Prepares and presents proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry‑specific solutions.
• Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Oversees client input and feedback with clear timelines, and prepares/delivers proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Completes required training and professional development objectives within established timelines.
• Occasional (30%) travel is required to client sites and industry events.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree;
  High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in completions operations and hydraulic fracturing.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with proven success delivering technical presentations to clients.
• Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude with the ability to address complex challenges.
• Solid knowledge of proppants and related industry practices.
