Vacation Sales Agent

Job Summary

As a Vacation Package Sales Agent, you will work with popular local attractions such as ports, malls, or theme parks and attend events like trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure. In this sales‑based role you will engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience, inviting and incentivizing guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time).
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, remain current on marketing information and materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20% of time).

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
