Shift: Part-time, primarily weekends.

• Represent the company at assigned trade shows and events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Proactively engage with attendees to qualify leads, gather contact details, and introduce our brand.
• Deliver live product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to potential customers.
• Understand our sales process and value proposition clearly.
• Lead the sales process during events, confidently addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and providing tailored solutions to secure commitments and close deals on the spot.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in a trade show or one-call close environment.
• Willingness to travel and work primarily on weekends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage and build rapport with diverse customer bases.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge or experience in hunting or firearms is a plus.
