What You're Going to Do- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct fact‑to‑face meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including field operators, engineers and executives
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet operational challenges
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Represent MWC at trade shows and industry events

RequirementsWhat You Bring:
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in oil/gas or industrial equipment
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of compressor systems and field operations
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably )
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally beyond
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet background/MVR requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
