Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires working both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• You are the face of Cintas for our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment
• Documentation of previous employment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Self‑motivation and teamwork mindset to meet goals
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
