Job Purpose
The Pro Sales Associate role is designed for early career professionals who are eager to build a long term career in sales. Pro Sales Associates participate in Herc Rentals' exclusive Black and Gold Academy, an immersive sales training and development program that prepares individuals for possible placement into a Territory Sales Representative role upon completion of the 12 month program. This program provides structured coaching, industry knowledge, hands on field experience, and a defined path toward future advancement in sales and sales leadership.
This role is ideal for driven, competitive, and career focused individuals who want to grow into high impact sales roles within a Fortune 1000 organization.
