Job Description

We are currently hiring for the Midland Costco location. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales‑focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our Liquid CoQ
10, various Turmeric products, and our exciting new Supergreens.

10:00 am – 5:00 pm, 3–4 days a week. Saturday and Sunday are the best bonus days.

• Starting at $23–24 an hour plus bonus based on surpassing sales quotas
• W‑2 employment
• Promotional kit and bi‑weekly paycheck via direct deposit
• Average brand ambassadors earn $300+ per day; top brand ambassadors earn $400+ per day

• This is a part‑time sales position with daily sales expectations. Hours and days & clubs are not guaranteed.
• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Fully adhere to Direct Demo, CDS, and Costco policies as they may be amended from time to time.
• Inventory tracking, reporting, and maintenance.
• Product display maintenance.
• Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day. Lifting examples include folding tables, product off the shelf, and boxes of demonstration supplies.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ × 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

• Bonus structure may vary; weekly bonus structure will be sent out every week.
• Shift days and hours vary weekly depending on demo/club availability.
• Promoter will earn a bonus once quota is achieved for units sold during the demo shift.
• Bonus will be capped at 100 units of the same item daily.
• Purchasing items to reach quota is strictly prohibited and could lead to termination.
