Account Manager — Sales
Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills?
Responsibilities- Managing and growing assigned customer accounts within a defined territory or business group
- Selling standardized products and services, providing guidance to customers based on predefined offerings
- Supporting pricing and commercial discussions within established contract frameworks, with some flexibility to adjust terms
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse customer base
- Collaborating with technical and sales support teams to achieve sales objectives
- Driving revenue growth and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies
- Managing small to medium-sized opportunities and orders
- Coordinating multiple customer engagements and sales activities simultaneously
- Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Leading or contributing to initiatives that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in account sales or related field
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead small initiatives or teams
- Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
This is a full-time role within a regional sales environment. Travel and schedule flexibility may be required based on customer and business needs.
