Select’s Account Rep promotes and sells our company’s products or services, acting as the frontline connection between the business and its clients. They generate leads, spend the majority of their time in the field, and manage relationships to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Essential Job Functions- Identify and qualify potential leads through existing relationships, cold calling, networking, and online research
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value of offerings to address client needs and overcome objections
- Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM software
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts

Requirements- 4 to 6 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work across multiple decision makers at both the corporate and field levels
- Deep understanding of the company’s product or service, as well as awareness of competitor offerings and market trends
- Highly self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client accounts
- Ability to work in a team environment, gain business and grow revenue base
