Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Leadership Trainee, your main responsibilities will include:
Generating new business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, and converting leads into sales
Conducting in-depth client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews
Consistently meeting and surpassing individual sales goals to drive agency growth
Staying current with insurance products and compliance standards
Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and handle policy renewals
Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies
We want dedicated sales professionals who are proactive and highly motivated. The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound sales calls and closing deals
A willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
