Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate partners with the entire staff to provide excellent customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The role involves greeting, engaging, and interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

The full‑time associate earns an hourly wage supplemented by commissions based on productivity. Pay rates range from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, with the potential for additional commission of 2‑8% on transactions.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked, and well‑displayed sales floor.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answers incoming calls following company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Completes mandatory training.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain necessary certification.
• Monitors customer service both inside the store and at external locations when required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient basic math skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
