Are you experienced in construction sales and ready for your next big opportunity?

We’re looking for a self-starter who’s hungry to join a fast-growing software company that’s revolutionizing the dirt-moving industry.

This is a high-impact Senior Sales Representative / Account Executive role offering base salary + aggressive commission + stock options.

In this role, you’ll manage a specific region within our Broker Network of short-haul dirt and material trucking companies. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a solid network in the construction industry and a track record of success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop sales territories
  • Build and develop sales support team
  • Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
  • Track and analyze sales data and metrics
  • Forecast sales and revenue
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s
  • Salary 75 - 85k with guaranteed draw during ramp up. Year 1 OTE ~ 125-150k
  • Aggressive Commission structure – percentage of revenue run through the application
  • Participation in Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
