Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Development:
  Identifying and qualifying new business leads, managing the full sales cycle, and driving proposal development (RFQs/RFPs).
• Account Management:
  Nurturing existing client relationships to increase sales and identifying new market opportunities.
• Strategic Planning:
  Analyzing market trends, competitors, and technical requirements to develop, grow, and align engineering service offerings.
• Technical Consulting:
  Using engineering expertise to articulate value propositions and present solutions to stakeholders like directors and managers.
• Relationship Management:
  Building, maintaining, and leveraging networks with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Proposals & Contracts:
  Writing and preparing technical proposals, leading negotiations, and ensuring CRM accuracy.

• Technical Expertise: A technical degree (engineering) or equivalent experience in manufacturing/engineering services.
• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in technical sales or business development within relevant industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills (economic modeling or risk analysis).
• Software Proficiency:
  Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
