Pay: $20/hr base pay, Bonus: up to $2/hr performance bonus, Total: up to $22/hr earning potential
Schedule:
16‑20 hours per week – Friday to Sunday availability required
Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26
In this exciting role, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products to meet their unique needs. You will be the subject‑matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.
Responsibilities- Engage customers and demonstrate the latest Starlink services.
- Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service.
- Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
- Work a consistent weekend schedule primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Foster positive partner, field, and store relationships, adapting to local retail store environments and adhering to all operational policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
