This full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position focuses on developing relationships with prospective and existing customers. The role offers average annual earnings between $150,000 and $250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000.

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

• Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales – a plus!
• Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation and self‑discipline
• An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Approachable demeanor
• Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
