Job Description
Charger Energy Services is actively recruiting for a Senior Sales Representative for the Permian Basin. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream oil and gas services, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Visit customer facilities and/or construction job sites to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
- It is essential that the Sales Representative actively pursue relationships with customer contacts at all levels of the organization. Ideally, the primary customer contacts will include representatives from Production, Construction, I&E, C-level, and field operations personnel.
- Manage all accounts to an agreed-upon strategy and measured financial goals.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for future growth outside of existing business lines.
- Identify new prospects in the region and execute sales opportunities to secure new business.
- Interface with operations in a consistent manner with clear communication to ensure project success.
- Provide internal sales reports and updates to the CRM
- Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.
- Proven experience in sales in the oil and gas industry, preferably with a focus on upstream oil and gas services sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to use CRM and provide sales-related reports
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Work may require evening and weekend work.
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook.
- Valid US driver’s license and safe driving history.
- Significant regional travel is required.
- Overnight Travel may be required.
- $60K-90K plus a lucrative commission structure. Pay is dependent upon experience and previous proven successes.
- Company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
